Refund & Return Policy
(for 3D–Labs)
At 3D–Labs, every item is made to order with care using 3D-printing technology. Because our products are custom-made, we want to be upfront about how refunds and returns work.
✅ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production may have already started. In that case, cancellations may not be possible, or only a partial refund may be issued depending on work already completed.
✅ Returns & Refunds
Since each item is custom-printed:
We do not accept general returns if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer need the item.
Refunds or reprints are offered only if the product arrives defective or damaged.
✅ Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a problem (broken, warped, or significant printing defects):
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the issue and your order details.
Once we confirm the problem, we will either:
Send a replacement at no cost, or
Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Minor cosmetic variations (color shade, layer lines, or small imperfections are normal in 3D printing).
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery.
Custom designs created specifically for you that were approved before printing.
✅ Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.
If a replacement is approved, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
